Source Inspection

SQC4U will check the quality of raw materials, components. The source inspection will highlight any non-conformity, thus it permits timely corrections and improvements before the bulk of production are initiated. The Inspection focus mainly on the presence and quality of the components and materials used in the production process, but also includes a visual check on the quality of packing materials and accessories.

First Article Review

Checked for compliance with engineering drawings. This Inspection takes place at the beginning of the manufacturing and aims at making sure that the customer's specifications and reference sample are well-understood by the vendor. The Initial Production Check allows an early (and thus cost-saving) prevention of defective components as well as timely corrections.

During Production Check

In this service, SQC4U will check that the corrections and improvements suggested during the production produced. Examine the existing production, and advise the manufactures of any further corrections or improvements to be made. The packaging materials and all labeling and markings may also be checked at this stage if available. The During Production Check should be carried out when 20-50% of the merchandise has been produced (minimum 32 pieces)

Final Production Inspection

SQC4U will inspect the selected samples at random against your specifications, approved reference or samples. This inspection involves a close examination covering such items as construction, workmanship, color, odor, measurement, weight, function, assortment, packaging, labeling marking, etc.

Pre-shipment Inspection

This service ensures that production is being shipped in proper condition and in its entirety. When the consignment is to be shipped by container, we first examine the container itself and then ensure that the stuffing operation is carried out properly, namely those cartons are securely stacked and not mishandled.
